Yes — all orders include free delivery within Doha. We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days of your order being placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, UK, and worldwide. International shipping costs and timelines vary by destination. Contact us via WhatsApp for a quote.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred abaya and size, and complete checkout online. Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp to order directly with personal styling assistance.

Sizing & Alterations

What sizes do you offer?

All Lusso Moda abayas are designed for a standard height of 160–165 cm. We offer sizes XS to XL. Not sure which size to choose? See our full Size Guide.

Do you offer free alterations?

Yes. Every Lusso Moda abaya includes a free first alteration — available for all orders delivered within Doha. We can adjust length, sleeve length, and body width at no extra cost.

How do I request an alteration?

Once your order arrives, try it on and WhatsApp us the adjustments needed. We will collect the abaya, alter it, and redeliver — all within Doha, all free on the first alteration.

Fabrics & Care

What fabrics do you use?

Our abayas are crafted in premium Nidha, Crepe, Chiffon, Velvet, and silk-blend compositions. Read our Abaya Fabric Guide for a full breakdown.

How do I care for my abaya?

Most abayas can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle 30°C cycle. Velvet pieces should be dry-cleaned. Always steam rather than iron. See our Abaya Care Guide for fabric-specific advice.

Can I return or exchange my abaya?

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.

What is the Home Concierge service?

Our Home Concierge service brings the full Lusso Moda collection to your home. A female stylist visits with selected pieces for you to try on in the comfort and privacy of your own space. Available across Doha — book via WhatsApp.
