We aim to process orders as fast as possible. If any changes are required to your order, you may email us at info@lusso-moda.com within 12 hours. Any requests made after will be denied. You may return or exchange your order within 30 days. Custom products cannot be returned.

The prices displayed are including sales taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

It depends on where you are and your order. Non custom items are processed and shipped within 2-4 days. Custom items can take 4-7 days to make. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We give an estimate range of 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive from your order date.

We ship to most countries around the world for free! We are working on expanding our shipping options so even if we don't ship to your country at the moment, we will be there soon!

If there is any mistake with your order, please contact us through our email: info@lusso-moda.com or through any of our social media. Please include your order number as well as photographs of the error in your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and would be happy to provide a free replacement.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
