1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively within Qatar and GCC countries.
  • Local Shipping (Qatar): Available across Doha and outside Doha.
  • GCC Shipping: Delivery charges depend on the destination country.

2. Shipping Times

  • Local (Qatar): 3-5 business days.
  • International: 4-8 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Inside Doha: Free Delivery
  • Outside Doha (within Qatar): QR 50
  • International: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lusso-moda.com immediately. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund.
