2. Products and Services

Lusso Moda offers luxury abayas for sale exclusively within Qatar and GCC countries. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item ordered.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Prices for all products are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Lusso Moda reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery. If the payment is not received or is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Doha: QR 45
  • Outside Doha (within Qatar): QR 60
  • GCC Countries: Shipping charges depend on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Inside Qatar: 2-3 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied for deliveries outside Qatar. Lusso Moda is not liable for delays or additional fees imposed during customs clearance.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@lusso-moda.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
