What Alterations Are Included for Free
Your free first alteration covers:
- Length adjustment: We can shorten or lengthen the hem to your exact height preference.
- Sleeve length: Shortened or lengthened to suit you perfectly.
- Body width: Side seams can be taken in for a more tailored silhouette.
The Process
- Order online and your abaya is delivered to your door in Doha, free of charge.
- Try it on and note any adjustments needed — length, sleeve, or body.
- WhatsApp us your measurements and the specific changes needed.
- We collect, alter, and redeliver — all within Doha, all complimentary.
Turnaround Time
Most alterations are completed within 3–5 working days. Rush alterations (24–48 hours) are available for an additional fee — just ask.
Tips for a Smooth Alteration
- Try the abaya on before washing or steaming it.
- Note the exact amount to shorten (e.g., "take up 4 cm from the hem") rather than just saying "make it shorter".
